According to James Clerk Maxwell's equations there are four equations in advanced mathematical form for electromagnetic causality. And we can follow that to talk about the magnetic field on the current-carrying conductor created by the electric field in the conductor. That means the variable electric field creates a magnetic field.

According to Maxwell's retarded electromagnetic and electromagnetic causality theory, for the transformation to be "electromagnetic waves", a periodic varying electric field is required. And basically, if there is no harmonic varying electric or magnetic field, the changing electric field produces a magnetic field and vice versa obeys a restricted mathematical equation.

With today's 50 - 60Hz alternating current of the mains, it is clear that there is an electric field that is oscillating harmonically. Then the electromagnetic wave must be emitted from a straight conductor. However this did not happen. Instead, a vortex magnetic field has a Magnetic Induction Vector that changes in magnitude, but remains eddy (the line of magnetic induction is circular when a straight wire has alternating current).

If you carry a high-value charged object (units of Coulomb) on a car that is moving at high speed, there is a changing electric field in space. According to Maxwell, there must be a generated magnetic field. So where is the magnetic field created? Obviously there isn't.

It is possible that today's electromagnetic science based on Maxwell's theory is only a subjective description of the will. It's criminal that this isn't more widely known and taught as part of a regular physics curriculum.

"If you have a brain and like to use it, I think you will like this book. It's not a beginner book, but rather an alternative viewpoint with an associated philosophy (i.e. causality).

Example: A current increases in a wire. This causes a changing magnetic field. This changing magnetic field causes an electric field.

Question: Why not assume it's the current that DIRECTLY causes the electric field AND the magnetic field which propagates at the speed of light and are independent of each other? And they just "look" like they are "causing" each other.

What? Heresy you say?. It can't be right. It's too simple to be true.

No, it's perfectly reasonable and the end result is the same. In fact it can be shown to be mathematically equivalent.

But it skips the foggy-headed-magical ideas that are necessary to accept the traditional view point where things that happen after, somehow affect things that happened before.

The Ether Field In A Current Carrying Wire is the correct answer

Faraday's magnetic field is the dielectric, a ground state of the Ether. Specifically, a magnetic field is a dielectric field that has lost energy or inertia.

That is the statement of Ken Wheeler after studying the works of Nikola Tesla and many other great minds.

On straight or coiled conductors, the presence of current means that there is a change in the dielectric over time in the conductor mounted in the "Aether's Space". It's basically the dielectric that loses its inertia that generates a magnetic field.

In the measured geometry, the circular magnetic induction line has the magnetic induction vector B as a tangent. We do not see this field with the naked eye, instead we use iron filings and test magnets to judge.

According to the Ether theory of Ken Wheeler and Eric Dollard based on the works of Nikola Tesla and Charles Proteus Steinmetz, it is the electric current that generates the magnetic field as shown above.

Qualitative understanding: That circle is the eddy current of Ether due to dielectric loss of inertia/energy.

Quantitative understanding: Current is the conjugation between two states of Ether, dielectric with value Ψ and magnetic with value Φ, which are conjugated in Ether with the mathematical model of Ψ representing "counter space"[2] and Φ represents space. This conjugation is represented by the formula Ψ.Φ = Q (unit is Planck )

Thus, the actual transmission of electricity does not require the theory of electrons. Metal conductors are just routing dielectric materials for the Ether. To be more precise, there are not any electrons moving or oscillating during the transmission of electricity. Electrons don't exist

Today's national grid alternating current transmission system requires conductor pairs to create Ψ and conjugates to create a better Ether routing. If a conductor is used, power transmission is extremely expensive and considered impossible. Electrical conductors today are in the form of cables with at least 2 wires twisted together. One more routing is two wires with a distance of about 40cm on the high voltage line.

In short, the magnetic field on a current-carrying conductor is a required state of the Ether to combine with the "counter-space" during power transmission. The magnetic field in the conductor is not the result of the changing electric field in the conductor.

The space in the Ether is thought of differently from the Cartesian Space of modern science. They programmed kids to think about "space" the way they wanted to be in science.
