What is DIY Portable Power Station?
DIY Portable Power Station is a system that generates pure DC (time-constant voltage) or AC (Sine-time-varying current), and it can move as a energy box when traveling.
So Portable Power Station has two types:
- Portable Power Station in storage form as Battery
- Portable Power Station in the form of emitting electricity, like a portable generator
Most Portable Power Stations are in the form of static electricity (DC) then converted to AC, there is no generator here. It's like your phone being charged and taken away, but can generate AC electricity. There is a device available in the market to replace Portable Power Station which is UPS (uninterruptible power supply).
Portable Power Station In dynamic form is a portable, portable inverter generator. This device is also available in the market.
The problem here is that you have to make your own Portable Power Station.

The working mechanism of this system is very simple: Electricity charged from the battery will go to the inverter. From the inverter will convert to AC power, or can be customized in DC form. However, the main task of the inverter is to convert DC to AC.
